What We Do
Equipment Investments
Dynamic’s fleet is one of the first in the U.S. to test and implement a variety of new exhaust system filters that cut emissions from 30% to 90%.
Energy-related upgrades have included occupancy sensors, demand-response controls, utility consumption analyses and the undertaking of new high-efficiency lighting for over 2.5 million square feet of warehousing and distribution space.
Emissions Cut
E-Switcher
Looking into new and innovative ways to save our planet, our California facility Dynamic Worldwide West, has brought in a new Electric Switcher by the company Orange EV. The Orange EV E-Triever electric switcher replaces one diesel engine yard truck without sacrificing performance nor power. Telematics Statistics tracks the switcher in real time allowing us to see run time, distance as well as diesel fuel saved and carbon emissions avoided. Running the data, we can see we have replaced 2,850 miles driven fully electric powered – this equates to 1,151,400 grams of CO2, not being released into the air.
Client & Vendor Partnerships
Dynamic’s Worldwide is also working in partnership with government agencies to study how after-hours deliveries in urban centers might decrease traffic congestion and then quantify the resulting positive environmental impact.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Dynamic recycles as a company mandate. We use recycled packing materials, lubricants and rubber from our trucking fleet. Working directly with corrugated suppliers, we have redesigned our RSC corrugated boxes, which now use 15% less packaging material while still maintaining the minimum bursting levels required. Our shipping cartons are made with 100% recycled content. We expect to reduce an estimated 1500 tons of C02 emissions in 2010.
